Who is Marisa Peer?

Marisa Peer is one of the world’s leading therapists. Named Britain’s best therapist by Tatler magazine, Marisa has spent 30 years treating the likes of Royalty, Celebrities, and Olympic athletes. She is the UK’s leading motivational speaker and a best selling author. She has developed her own unique method, Rapid Transformational Therapy that produces dramatic and life changing results. I trained under Marisa herself and qualified as a Marisa Peer Method Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy encompasses elements of hypnosis, NLP, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. The unique tools we use in Rapid Transformational Therapy allow us to deal with most cases in one session.

Does hypnotherapy work for everyone?

Hypnotherapy, in particular Rapid Transformational Therapy has worked for thousands of people and continues to do so. However it is important to state that the outcome of the session is based on the client wanting to and being open to change. The recording of the cure must be listened to for at least 21 days for the desired change. Some people can resist the hypnosis, in which case we can work on embracing change and being more confident. Anyone and everyone can be hypnotised if they want to. Once you allow yourself to be hypnotised you will see how easy and effective it really is.

Can you really be cured in one session?

Quite simply, yes! Using the Marisa Peer Method, you obtain rapid results in understanding why you are the way you are and do and feel the things you do. In any therapy, understanding is power. I can help you understand quickly in order for us to then heal you and set you free. Of course we are all unique and in some situations, two or even three sessions may be required but generally one session will give you the freedom you are looking for with permanent lasting results.

Will I be asleep?

Contrary to how hypnosis is sometimes portrayed, you are not asleep or lose control over your behaviours while under hypnosis. Hypnosis is only a sleep of the conscious mind, and it awakens the subconscious mind. You will be in a relaxed state but alert and in control of everything that is happening through the session.

Is it safe?

Yes hypnotherapy is highly effective and completely safe. However, if you do have a severe mental disorder, such as schizophrenia, it is recommended that you talk to your doctor first before beginning this therapy.

Can children be hypnotised too?

Absolutely. Young children and teenagers can have negative behaviours that may have been bought about by their life experiences. These behaviours can be questioned and replaced with better ones, in order for positive change to happen. Good mental health allows children and teenagers to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded healthy adults. Unwanted habits, health issues, improving concentration, exam stress can all be challenged in children using Hypnotherapy. Sessions for children cost £80.
